We want you to love your ALOHAS pieces, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and download the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
